Dr. Russell Bestley, Principal Lecturer at London College of Communication and Reader in Graphic Design.
Great talk on the development of Punk graphics from the early days in London and New York and the spread of Punk into the suburbs, towns and regional areas. The get up and do it culture of anyone can do it inspired by the launch of own labels. The Panic set up Rainy City records and the Buzzcocks produced the 1st DIY release, ‘Spiral Scratch’ for example.
